We believe we have the BEST RATES and BEST VALUE for your Colorado Vacation. Because we have 12 different size units and four seasons, we can only give a few examples of rates for each season. WE TRY TO KEEP OUR RATES AS LOW AS WE CAN FOR EVERYONE AND THE RATES QUOTED HERE ARE OUR VERY BEST RATES.
Rates are subject to change. Dates are approximate. and current discount travel offers for senior citizens and groups.
There is a 5% DISCOUNT starting the second consecutive night in the same room or a 10% WEEKLY DISCOUNT for 7 consecutive nights in the same room. With either of these discounts it does not include daily maid service but it does include getting fresh towels every day and in the case of a week's stay, it includes having the sheets changed half-way through the week. In the case of multiple weeks, it also includes weekly cleaning.
